The safety and health of everyone at Lis a Lis is our top priority as we get back to doing what we love and being able to see all of you again! We ask that everyone follows all mandated guidelines and protocols that will be in place when arriving to the salon for your appointments! Here are some things to expect:
We have limited the amount of appointments and guests that can be seen during periods of time. Each stylist will be separated using every other station to keep 6ft distance from another guest and stylist.
Please come to your appointments alone, unless medical assistance is needed.
Everyone will be required to wear a mask/face covering, so please come with one and if you do not have one, we will provide one for you. Masks will be worn by everyone at the salon during operation hours.
When arriving to the salon, please stay in your car and call the salon (203-689-5967) to let us know that you've arrived and your stylists will come up to greet you. Our doors will be locked from the outside in order to maintain the flow of traffic coming in and out.
Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment, as our time has been strategically scheduled to accommodate everyone and provide all services booked, along with extra time before and after each appointment for cleaning/sanitation.
Please keep personal belongings to a minimum when entering the salon, (items including but not limited to: jackets- if it's not too cold or raining, purses, laptops, etc)
We will be taking temperatures of everyone that comes into the salon with a contact-less forehead thermometer. If anyone has a temperature over 99 degrees, we will need to reschedule their appointment. All staff will also have their temperature taken when coming in for their shift and will be sent home if temp is above 99 degrees. We kindly ask for anyone who has an appointment but is not feeling well or is showing ANY signs of Covid-19, please cancel and reschedule to a later date.
Everyone will be required to sign a waiver before being serviced.
Our reception area is closed. Once in the salon, PLEASE wash your hands before going to your stylists chair, as well as after your service.
If anyone is interested in a product or need to purchase products, our stylists will grab them for you in order to limit contact on all products.
Payments and re-booking will be taking place either during your processing time (If you're receiving a color service) or after your service. Whichever is easiest at the time to keep traffic at the desk to a minimum.
We are doing our very best to navigate what will be our new normal for a while, and we thank you so much for the unbelievable support and understanding. We CANNOT wait to see everyone again!
