Skin should be exfoliated and all makeup, lotion, deodorant, and jewelry removed prior to the tanning. Loose clothing is recommended afterwards as you will be continuing to develop your tan for the next 6-8 hours. Once the tan has fully developed you will rinse away the excess layer and leave behind the perfect tan.
